not working in windows 7

The executable file is generated under targets without any warnings.
The file is of ".exe" extension. Otherwise I just end up with "Open with" windows, and choosing java gives nothing.
When I run the executable from command line, it reports "Program too big to fit in memory".

This works fine on my Mac. So it should be a windows 7 issue.
