Hello,

I installed your client yesterday to claim some giveaway coins on bitcointalk. But I cannot reopen the client anymore today. It stays on the loading window.

pennies

I'm on arch linux. I remember that there was a bug yesterday, software was crashing when I tried to copy the address. After some clicking around, I managed to copy the address and claim the giveaway, but I can't verify them anymore.

Any idea what that could be, and how to fix it ?

Thanks in advance.

PS: Is there no more development done on this coin ? I'm a bit surprised to see the last commit 5 months old.

Cordially

The latest commits are 11 days old, not 5 months. If your client is built on the 5 month old code, then it is incapable of joining the network as a hard fork was to happen on new years. You will need to rebuild your client with the latest changes.

Must have been tired and didn't read correctly, sorry. But if I cloned your project yesterday and your last commit is 11 days old, I think I got it :-) will check tonight, but I don't think my problem will be solved. We'll see :-)

There have been issues with the client lagging due to the massive amount of coins trying to be staked. Most of these issues should be resolved after the January 8th stake fix.

understood, thanks. I'll close the issue after I verify this :-)

Tried again. Very strange, software gets stuck at the loading window, and keeps using 91~95% of CPU. I'll wait for the 8th then. Do you know how can I check my address coins in the blockchain ? A bit new with that sorry ^^

Hmm, check your conf file and see if there's a "gen=1" line in there.
