I have the same problem. I have been having these issues since I upgraded APatch version to 11039.

There was a “Switched to Magic Mount instead of OverlayFS” in the change log, and I could still use the OverlayFS method by creating an .overlay_enable file in /data/adb/, but that didn't work for me.

Only the previous APatch version of 10763 was able to fix this :(
