Make something to scrape the links for the images of the questions from every year of UKMT, for junior, intermediate, and senior

The PR itself should be a folder called "maths images", with 3 subfolders (junior, intermediate, and senior) all with multiple subfolders for every year

Check repo, MATHS-IMAGES already exists with all relevant info inside @JamBot3000

No it doesn't. I originally made a bad web scraper that would get the questions, but also the answers, because for some reason UKMT put the answers in individual questions?

Also, add in each year folder, 2 subdirectories, one for questions and one for answers. name them by question number (if possible)

I'll just leave their original names and sort them by question and answers, e.g. maths-stuff/2010/answers/1821.png and maths-stuff/2010/questions/1821.png
