Feature Request - Config for Separate Matrix Enchanting Table

A config to allow the Matrix Enchanting Table to take the form of a new block, rather than replacing the vanilla Enchanting Table.

This would be extremely useful for modpacks to allow players to choose how they would like to enchant their items, or to graduate them over time to a stronger enchanting method (ex: Apotheosis Enchanting), which is impossible with the current system.

It would also be great (but not 100% necessary) if the block had its own resource location for lang and textures. Thank you!
