Describe the bug

when mining too much blocks pickaxe stop moving sometimes (taking a break fixes)

To Reproduce

im using steel pickaxe with efficiency 5 on limestone and it sometimes bug

This is a known mod bug, hopefully fixed by the next update; nothing we can do about it.
