Flow of an interview:

1. interview adding and removing is reflected in the "internal messages" section of the UI.
2. interview adding will ALSO send an email to the candidate and is reflected in the email section of the candidate.
3. when you "add an interview", you will also add the email of the interviewer. interviewer form looks like this
   

you can add questions - this is the same kind of form creation as you did earlier.

Whenever you create any interview you can select the interviewer as well. Once you create the interview, automated email will be send to the interviewer with access link. Through this access link interviewer can post the feedback directly in the iSmartRecruit.

The interview link is a randomly generated link that the recipient can open
