limb lengths + 2D keypoints -> 3D keypoints #67

Using geometry + knowledge of subjects' limb lengths (from #65) + 2D keypoints, it should be possible to calculate the keypoints in 3D.

For places where the geometry is ambigous, the messy 3D from the stereo should be able to provide clarity
