Each terms folder should have basic metadata. Such as the version, license, etc.

It would be good to be able to support the way Schema.org defines terms - here s an example in RO-Crate format (though
there is no link from the root dataset to the Class and Property definitions yet) ...

Maybe you could also support people contributing using N3 notation in addition to CSV. It is true it is not tabular, but
