Currently a user can only land on this page through 1 buried link in the docs, or if they enter the page sideways via some direct URL. If the page is important enough to be in the docs, we should let users generally navigate to it.

I'd like to actually have this page in the nav, and then have the dev quests forum page link to the document and remove one more place that information has to be updated.
