Requested Feature
Allow the setting of the Application name tag on the MSSQL connection string in the RVSqlServerDataSource.
ie: Server=YourServerName;Database=YourDatabaseName;User Id=YourUsername;Password=YourPassword;Application Name=YourAppName

Benefits
Would allow our DBA team to see what queries are coming from what section of the application when running traces etc.
