Harmony of Despair private lobby slots not honored

I was helping a friend get set up with RPCN and set up a Castlevania: Harmony of Despair session with five private slots so I could send him an invite once he got things set up correctly. A random user was able to enter the lobby while I was waiting, which should not have been possible since all open slots were set to private.
