I’ve noticed this with protein names as well, as a heads up. I think it’s possible that some sources (maybe PFAM?) may not include the synonyms that map to the same ID, but broadly, it might be helpful to query for alternative names when available across sources/data types in LOKI if the initial input isn’t found.
