Implement fancy timers within Obsidian. The timers should start off full, have a start/stop and reset button, and ideally make some kind of alert noise when done. They should fit inline into the reader markdown, and there should be an option to enable/disable them.

Something similar to what is described in https://github.com/deathau/cooklang-obsidian.

Paused until #3 is completed since I want to be able to attach remaining time to the timer instance.
