[Suggestion] .ttf support for fonts

currently, there's no a way to generate new font unless you use an external tool for it, previous idtech iterations, had support for TTF (Quake 3 and Doom 3) but those where a compile time setting, it would be cool to have this type of support

There is still this font tool https://github.com/RobertBeckebans/BFGFontTool but I haven't looked into this for years
