When I open the schematic in Kicad 5.1.2, I get lots of missing libs and the schematic puts a placeholder in for some components.
I have shown a portion of the schematic here

What is the part number of the component with designatior FB2 its called Filter, but I'm sure its some protection diode package.

double click on the component and you will find the manufacturer part number in the Type field.
it seems to be: https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/murata-electronics-north-america/BLM15PG100SN1D/490-5976-1-ND/3845176

which is a ferrite bead used as a filter.

Have you tried loading it into KiCad v4? found the same problem there and also some other component that had missing schematic symbols.

Not really,
But now that you tell me its a "ferrite bead"I get an idea what to plug in there.

Thanks again!
