コマンドライン引数で有効にすると、ネットワーク上の他のデバイスからもORZIN Agent HTMLを利用できるようにするサーバーモードを追加する。

サーバーモードでは、メニュー内の設定ページへのリンクを非表示にし、また、設定を書き込む関数を無効化する。
