We need to determine which packages we need for navigation, then configure them.

We were able to get a nav package up and semi-working.
Packages used:

Slam toolbox (docs: http://wiki.ros.org/slam_toolbox)
move_base (docs: http://wiki.ros.org/move_base)
robot_localization (docs: http://docs.ros.org/en/api/robot_localization/html/state_estimation_nodes.html#ekf-localization-node)
