Hi there! I'm trying to migrate from netbox-sync to netbox-ssot and during migration netbox-ssot creates duplicated entries.

I think it's due to https://github.com/SRC-doo/netbox-ssot/blob/main/internal/netbox/inventory/init_items.go#L949 and https://github.com/SRC-doo/netbox-ssot/blob/main/internal/netbox/inventory/init_items.go#L983 because on first sync these objects don't have the netbox-ssot tag.

I've removed these 2 lines and recompiled and it works.
