Ensure correct Cast state management in corner cases

As a user I want to have correct receiver status to be reported on my device, no matter what happens during the session or with the connection between devices.

Acceptance criteria

• Relevant corner cases have been listed, involving connection drops, the application being backgrounded or be killed / crashing.
• The behavior works well in all cases.
• Any unsolvable issues have been reported to Google.

Hints

Example of a scenario:

1. Play content on a receiver.
2. Send the app to the background.
3. Press back on the receiver remote (for receivers having a remote).
4. Resume the app. The state should correctly represent the receiver status.
