Timestamp support

By default Pillarbox/Exoplayer support parsing of timestamps in stream (live or vod). So to provide the best experience with timestamps, streams provider have to package them correctly.

What kind of api or use case we should implements ?

First possible api could be:

player.seekToTime(time)
player.getCurrentTime() : Time

Those method would work only if timstamp is present in the timeline metadata.
