Pain

Right now all the PR Master emails have the same subject. This could cause some pain if you are trying to find a specific thread.

e.g. I made a change to a rule based on a PR Master email. In the PR description I added the email subject but realized its the same as all the others - searching for it would be useless.

Suggested Solution

Unique subjects
e.g. include PR details e.g.
