Right now I dont know how to run the project as there is no README or instructions.

I also struggled to run Azure Functions locally.

Here is what I did to run it locally:

1. Downloaded app content of staging functions
   

2. Unzip downloaded folder, and copy local.settings.json file to my local inside SSW.Rules.AzFuncs project folder

3. Run F5

Option for README: I think it would be better to create record in Keeper with required secrets and then copy to local.settings.json file for local development
