Description

[System Representation] the parameters of the selected node are only visible on top of the screen. The table needs to be always visible when scrolling or navigating the left tree. Currently the user needs scroll back up to the top of the page which is not usefull

Steps to Reproduce

Open a model for which the product tree stretches beyond the height of the screen and notice that when a node is selected, the table with parameters is invisible and comes into view when scrolling back up to the top of the page, but then the selected node is no longer visible and requires too much scrolling for the user
