Add channel "offline=3" state support.
Offline=3 channel should be shown as standard "offline=1" (red dots, etc.) with additional yellow warning triangle on channel list with following description:
"This device cannot be remotely woken up. Waiting for communication from the device..."
"Tego urządzenia nie można zdalnie wybudzić. Oczekujemy na komunikację ze strony urządzenia..."
