描述

When multiple network adapters are included, any state that is not disabled will affect the cpu occupied by the tun when it starts.
If you need to collect relevant logs, please tell me how, and I will cooperate.

重现方式

Multiple NIC devices or virtual NIC devices exist on the local device,The more devices you have, the better, unless you disable them completely.Keep only the default network adapter.
