Block backgrounds are not showing making text difficult to read with certain themes

MyV2MOM, My Methods & Measures header component blocks as well as Vision and Values text component blocks are not displaying any background causing the text to bleed into the page background color. If the page background of your theme is not white or gray, the text is difficult or impossible to read.
