Test cases are failing

Describe the bug
Test cases are failing for apps admin and frontend.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. yarn test admin && yarn test frontend
2. See the error

Expected behavior
All tests should have passed.

Yes the test cases are failing for admin and this was the case as well when i first started with the yaus i have looked into it and based on preliminary search it seems that admin app is unmaintained and hence few changes in its dependencies is the cause for it.
for frontend i don't think so there is any test cases as of now i will look into it

Can we remove this Admin app @Shruti3004? was this part of c4gt 2022? I also think that it is unmaintained idk who was working on it.
