A python script for listing the two types of substitutions (transition and transversion) for multiple output files generated using bcftools stats command.
Usage: SNPs_ts_tv.py
Folder name: provide path and name of the folder containing files
The output of the script will generate two excel files, one for transition and other one for transversion.
