[luci-interpreter] Support rank5 strided slice. #14165

What

Currently, our kernel has an assert that limits srided slice's rank to be less than or equal to 4.

  assert(input()->shape().num_dims() <= 4);

Let's check if we can remove that assert and extend the kernel to support rank 5.

Why

Llama2 model converted with exir includes rank 5 strided slice.
