Add support for manipulating virtual interface 'bridge'.

create interface
add member interface (addm)
remove member interface (deletem)
manipulation of various properties, see ifconfig's ifbridge.c for more details.
- flags: see do_bridgeflag(...)
- also see do_cmd(...) and its uses
