Run panopticon aganinst an example scala app on CI #30

And run on 3 different operating systems. This will give a much better guarantee that everything works as expected.

Proposed scenario is:

checkout panopticon-example
run it with default parameters
while it's running launch panopticon and make sure it doesn't fail

vpavkin added the enhancement label
