Has temporary id is the id generated deterministically from the bag of phenotypes. The compact ids are subjects of all the triples, of course Protege completely fails to make those accessible anywhere in the interface except in the little strip above class annotations in the entities tab (sigh). I can add them as an annotation property if that would help.

I think that is a protege issue. I will add the compact id as an annotation property, they are of the form npokb:123.
