Need to add Neuron hasSomaLocatedIn region equvalentClass Neuron hasAxonLocatedIn region and Neuron hasDendriteLocatedIn.

In neurdf this will be handled by explicitly materializing the axon locations from the soma locations, not by adding soma location sub property of axon location.
