Bump angular version

There are some security vulnerabilities in the current Angular version. Attached you can find a detailed vulnerability report.

Although this application is mainly for consumption use only, it is not a bad idea to update in any case:
updating also offers additional benefits like smaller bundle size (i.e. new Ivy compiler), increased app speed, better compilation times, better device support for new phones, etc.
