ReadMe: links need to be updated or removed #447

Several links in readme file are no longer valid; they return "Internal Server Error". I was informed that some, or all, of the broken links are now hosted on another internet server (screepsPlus).

They're hosted on another server, but the links are still the same. The problem is that there's an issue on that server, and since people are volunteering their time they haven't had a chance to fix it.
