Feature Request: exec_with(out)_returning in Entity::delete* and Entity::update functions

There is currently a exec_with_returning/exec_without_returning function in Entity::insert, however the following functions are not apart of Entity::delete and Entity::update functions when PostgreSQL has supported the RETURNING syntax for quite some time.
