Support for Polymorphic relationships

There is no direct support in any db for a tagged union/enum with variants that have data.

A good workaround would be something like this or this in rails.

Well, this is a lot of boilerplate for doing by hand and could be very well handled in a ORM.

If there is a go ahead I could implement and give a Pull Request with a proposal.
