查了一下，提示一个是用于一个私钥用于 ca-cert.pem，另一个用于tls-cert.pem.

tls-cert.pem 是Fabric-CA服务器的TLS证书，用于标识和加密服务器的网络通信，而 tls.ca.example.com-cert.pem 是根CA证书，用于签署其他TLS证书，包括服务器证书。这两个证书在TLS通信中起着不同的作用，但都是确保通信的安全性和可信性的重要组成部分。 一个是为了安全性、另外一个是可信性。
