[dcc64 Fatal Error] Required package 'designide' not found.

If you are referring to the install packages then that is because they can only ever be compiled and installed for 32bit as the Delphi IDE is 32bit and so cannot load 64bit bpl files. For 64bit programs just add the appopriate source/dcu folder locations to the ide library.
