Interoperability with KernelFunctions.jl #2
Comments
That's a great idea! What's your preferred method of communication going forward? |
We mainly coordinate on the Turing.jl slack - it has significantly less traffic than the official JuliaLang slack, and has correspondingly more useful history - I sent you a direct message on the JuliaLang slack but you can only read them for a few days before they disappear again! I've sent you my email address there so you can get in touch privately and/or send me your email on julialang slack in response and I'll get you added to the turing slack workspace. |
@SebastianAment we've now got a slack invite link, too: https://join.slack.com/t/turingjl/shared_invite/zt-ubbtg7r8-xtg4WjXEQTG_jvE~estuKw so that should work as well - join us at #kernelfunctions in particular |
Ping, if you're still interested in this: ) |
@st-- Thanks for the ping! I got sidetracked with other things, but am now going to invest further time into this project. Just joined the slack. |
Hi! What are your thoughts on what we're trying to do over at github.com/JuliaGaussianProcesses/KernelFunctions.jl/ - we were wondering what it would take to make our packages work together / extend each other? We would be happy to discuss and implement changes we need to make for the packages being able to work together/on top of each other instead of replacing each other.
