[10.2] Icons incorrect

The icons on macros once on action bars are incorrect.

Experiencing this same issue since updating ELVUI recently. All icons are the same. 😅.

Also the shift modifier does not work when in combat. Not sure if they are related to the icon issues in general, but I figured I would mention it too.

Sorry for the multiple posts, but I just realized its due to macros with the same name (similar to the tooltip issue recently posted). Work around for those who need fast fix until properly fixed. Thanks for the great addon and keeping it active.
