Setup wizard crashes with 0.34.0+ #403

Seems 0.34.0 version of OGUI introduced a regression on which OGUI will crash during the setup wizard as soon as you land on plugins page. It doesn't matter if Wifi is connected or not. Last working version was 0.33.5.

I also noticed that the plugins-screen shows only one row. With 0.33.5 two rows are displayed in the setup wizard.

We're still currently looking into this issue. We're hoping to address this with our core refactor in Rust: https://github.com/ShadowBlip/OpenGamepadUI/tree/shadowapex/core-refactor

With 0.35.0+ this issue is fixed.
