We should unhide MangoHud slider in Overlay-Mode when -steamdeck flag is not given. This will allow the UI to enable MangoHud also in Big Picture mode when ran in Gamescope.

Most likely we could keep in overlay mode the following when -steamdeck is not given:

"MangoAppSlider",
"FramerateLimitSlider",
"RefreshRateSlider"
