Just a few misc updates...

Has all the previous options but with a new menu system and menu graphics, a little more streamlined and (i think) better looking than before.
Plus MSET support! (for both o3ds and n3ds)

Decrypt9 ninjhax mod - new menu version!
Many new options added, nand dumping, nand restoring, nand partition dumping, nand partition restoring, ticket dumping etc. New graphical menu.
Ninjhax version and Spider (web browser) version included.
Copy the "Decrypt9" folder to your /3ds ( so /sdroot/3ds/Decrypt9 ) folder for both versions or the menu won't work.
