missing sphinx dependency

Using the current deploy branch and the suggested sphinx installation steps in the README I got an error

Exception occurred:
  File "conf.py", line 92, in <module>
ImportError: No module named sphinx_rtd_theme

This was fixed by manually installing sphinx_rtd_theme from pip. Thought I'd post here in case you wanted to document that step or add it as a dependency.
