Isolate CS:GO instances #2

All instances currently shares a common directory. This causes issues with demoes and backups/snapshots being overwritten because instances are using the same filenames.

Separating instances into docker containers should resolve the issue.

Updating the Ansible roles for CS:GO to use https://github.com/ShootingRange/csgo-container should resolve this
