For debugging purpose print current chain for proxy

Example:

downstream addr -> proxy port -> link id -> toxic sub 0 -> ... -> proxy port -> upstream
upstream addr -> proxy port -> link id -> toxic sub 0 -> ... -> proxy port -> downstream addr
