Not able to complete form that has additional questions

Describe the bug
Forms that contain additional questions cannot be completed any more and error with the message "U hebt niet alle vragen beantwoord. Vul hieronder aan alstublieft.". All fields are completed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure feature flag 'fetchQuestionsFromBackend' is true
2. Configure an addition question for a category
3. Create a report
4. Try to complete the form
5. See the error

Expected behavior
The error does not appear when all fields are completed. Also pinning a location without an address seems not to work any more.
