A yoghurt based sauce with garlic and parsley, perfect for dipping or as a sauce for grilled meats.

Ingredients:

• Yoghurt any kind will do.
• Garlic
• Parsley
• Olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• Teaspoon Gahram masala

Instructions:

1. Chop the garlic and parsley together finely
2. Mix the garlic and parsley with the yoghurt
3. Add the garahm masala and stir well
4. Add a few drizzles of olive oil
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste
6. Let the sauce sit for a while to let the flavors develop
